Privacy Notice

Belgium’s 40 under 40 brings together talented young leaders to give them a platform to develop their ideas and have a positive impact on society, creating a community that federates generations of leaders around a positive societal transformation initiative.

Respecting everyone’s right to the protection of their personal data is a priority for us. As we will be processing personal data in the context of the Belgium’s 40 under 40, we want to provide you with the information you need to have a clear view on the different aspects of such processing.

If you would provide someone else’s personal data, please only do so if they have previously been provided with this Privacy Notice and insofar as applicable privacy and data protection legislation allows you to do so for the purposes described herein (e.g., consent is required for digital direct marketing messages).
